SELLING & MARKETING
Lead research. Qualification. Pricing. Quotes. Follow-up. Pipeline. Campaigns. Reviews. Renewals. The glorious machinery that turns “maybe” into money.
Not on our “main industries” list? Good. Surprise us.
HVAC, wholesale and professional agencies are where we focus first. They are not a fence.
If your business has people, software, paperwork, money, stock, machines, customers, approvals, schedules, reports, or one heroic spreadsheet keeping civilization alive...
We probably have something to talk about.
We build bespoke processes and automations around the way your business actually works - even when it looks nothing like the examples shown on this site.
The five problems you see on this site are common, easy-to-recognize starting points.
But businesses contain hundreds of workflows and processes.
Sales. Purchasing. Scheduling. Inventory. Quality. Billing. HR. Compliance. Reporting. Machines. Documents. Approvals. Customer service. Data. Maintenance. The quiet little office swamp nobody has touched since 2019.
Every mess is exciting for us!
Sometimes the answer is automation.
Sometimes it is an integration, a dashboard, a better workflow, a sensor, a rule change, a mobile form, cleaner data, or deleting one spectacularly pointless step.
We don’t care which tool gets the glory.
We care whether the problem goes away.
Lead research. Qualification. Pricing. Quotes. Follow-up. Pipeline. Campaigns. Reviews. Renewals. The glorious machinery that turns “maybe” into money.
Intake. Planning. Scheduling. Dispatch. Work status. Handoffs. Exceptions. Quality. Completion. Capacity. All the places where “we sold it” has to become “we did it.”
Requests. RFQs. POs. Approvals. Reordering. Supplier performance. Price changes. Invoice matching. Less chasing vendors; more knowing what the hell is happening.
Receiving. Stock. Picking. Packing. Counts. Transfers. Carrier choices. Tracking. Returns. The physical world, trying very hard not to disagree with the system.
Requests. Status updates. Complaints. Returns. Refunds. Warranty. Reminders. Renewals. Keeping customers informed without assigning a human to permanent inbox duty.
Billing. AR. AP. Cash. Job costing. Margin. KPIs. Forecasts. Dashboards. Approvals. Reports. Finding out what happened before next quarter would be nice.
Recruiting. Onboarding. Scheduling. Time. Training. Certifications. Leave. Offboarding. Internal requests. Documents. The unglamorous stuff that eats entire Tuesdays.
Integrations. Sync. Data cleanup. Document extraction. Reporting pipelines. Access. SOPs. Shared inboxes. “Ask Dave, he knows how it works” prevention.
Contracts. Renewals. Licenses. Insurance certificates. Claims. Records. Audit prep. Dates that should not depend on somebody suddenly remembering them at 4:52 PM.
Equipment. Vehicles. Tools. Sensors. Inspections. Preventive maintenance. Repairs. Facilities. Safety. When the physical business needs to talk to the digital business.
And yes, several of these can collide in one project. Those are the fun ones.
A CNC machine starts showing abnormal vibration. Maintenance learns later. Sales still thinks the job will ship Friday.
A tenant submits a repair request. Manager forwards it. Vendor asks a question. Approval waits. Tenant asks for status. Nobody has one clean view.
A machine returns damaged. Inspection, repair, availability and the next reservation all need to agree. They do not.
A customer changes a specification after materials were ordered. Sales knows. Purchasing half-knows. Production finds out when the products are already made.
Samples arrive with forms, labels, customer instructions and special handling rules. One missing field can park the whole job.
A boat needs parts, technician time, customer approval and a launch date. Everyone has a piece of the answer. Nobody has the whole answer.
Please don’t invent one for us.
You don’t need to come in asking for “AI workflow orchestration,” “digital transformation,” or whatever phrase somebody put in a webinar title this week.
You can say:
“We keep typing this crap twice.”
“Everything waits for one manager.”
“Nobody knows what is actually in stock.”
“Our machine tells the operator it’s unhappy, but we have no idea why.”
“This spreadsheet runs half the company and I hate it.”
“I have no idea what the problem is.
I just know this should not be this painful.”
Perfect. That is enough to start.
If something in your business feels slow, too complicated, or just not how you imagine that – show that to us.
FIND YOUR PROBLEM →Whatever makes sense. For example:
Bespoke doesn’t mean “make it complicated.” It’s “fix the actual thing.”
Mostly small and mid-sized businesses where the owner or management team is close enough to the operation to know when something feels wrong - and busy enough to be tired of babysitting it.
Good fit can include:
Industry matters because it changes the rules, constraints and risk.
It does not disqualify the problem before we look at it.
Maybe. Maybe not. That is exactly why we check.
We can help if the problem:
Happens often enough to matter.
Costs time, cash, speed, accuracy, capacity, customer patience - something real.
Gets uglier when volume increases.
If we can measure it, even better.
If the smartest answer is “leave it alone,” we would rather tell you that than build a shiny new idiot machine.
Bring us the ugly part.
A screenshot. A bad spreadsheet. A ridiculous email chain.
A process that requires six people and one sacred notebook.
A sentence that begins with: “Okay, this is going to sound stupid, but...”
Those are excellent raw materials.
We will look at what happens, who touches it, what information moves, where it waits, what goes wrong, and whether fixing it is worth the effort.
Exactly.
That is why we want to see it.
The examples on this site are examples.
Your problem gets to be yours.
Weird workflows welcome.
